Three Month Online Coaching Transformation
• Initial goal setting session (30 – 60 minutes).
• Initial training and nutrition recommendation protocol.
• Weekly check-in / adjustments (if needed).
• Education on fat loss, nutrient tracking, creating a deficit/surplus via caloric intake/expenditure.
• Access to private Facebook book for up-to-date Q&A as well as encouragement from other members.
• Guaranteed results, if adherence is present and goals are not met, coaching will be extended.
• Must have access to Facebook, email, (excel or google drive).
Our personal trainers have multiple certifications and degrees collectively and work together to achieve the following objectives. Teach: Our trainers will create a fun and achievable program just for you. We will teach you how to use the equipment and proper technique for each exercise. Encourage: Our professionals are here to provide the tools for your success, including the encouragement you need to keep you motivated. Accountability: Accountability is the key to reaching fitness goals. We’ll help you set your goals, and keep you focused with creative programs and tracking progression. Maintain: Once you achieve your goals, our personal trainers will work with you to maintain your results and set new goals.
