It's officially January of 2021! While it may seem that 2020 was a year of having extra time on your hands we know that people are busier today more than ever before! So in light of the New Year and in honor of a busy schedule we wanted to create a ten-minute, at home workout, that will allow you to feel great while still accomplishing everything else on your to-do list.
TEN MINUTE AMRAP
(AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE)
10 Jumping Jacks
10 Air Squats
10 Full Sit Ups
10 Reverse Lunges
10 Burpees
*DON'T FORGET TO WARM-UP BY DOING TWO ROUNDS AT YOUR OWN PACE PRIOR TO STARTING THE TIMER.
Aim to steady your pace so that you can accomplish at minimum four rounds. Speed up on jumping jack, sit up and burpee while catching your breath on the air squat and reverse lunge.
Just two warm ups and I am done. 🥵 Will just do a few days of warm ups first.
Hard to find an excuse for “no time” for a 10 minute workout!
